Harvestore systems have set the standard for quality feed storage.

The reason for the Harvestore success over the past decades is based in part on the convenience that Harvestore offers the livestock operator. With the Harvestore system, you load at the top and unload at the bottom. That way, with the flip of a switch, you are delivering feed from the bottom of the structure, providing "first in....first out" feeding.

The Harvestore system offers improved feed consistency and reduces storage dry matter loss; plus, the durable glass-fused-to-steel engineered construction ensures the structure will last under all environment conditions.

Slurrystore

A nutrient management system that protects the environment and saves farmers money.

A Slurrystore structure provides a superior way to mange manure by providing a thoroughly well blended slurry. This ensures that the homogeneous mixture of nutrients is applied to the field.

With a Slurrystore, the manure is pumped into the bottom of the structure. A side mounted pump driven by a tractor, mixes the nutrients into a well blended mixture. The NPK content is well blended throughout.

Alliance unloaders

The Alliance unloader provides a Harvestore owner with an efficient and convenient feed deliver system.

The new Alliance combines push button convenience with a rugged design that moves feed quickly. The aggressive sharp edge chain drives through compacted feed, delivering haylage (alfalfa 50% moisture) at 250 pounds per minute.

Research is underway on a 25' diameter unloader.
The new Harvestore XL unloader will provide an impressive 50% increase (at 50% MC) in speed of feed delivery.

The new Alliance features a controller panel with a service monitor display enabling ongoing information on the performance of the unit.

Grain Unloaders

High moisture grain can be stored with confidence when you utilize a Harvestore structure and the series 8900 grain unloader.

The series 8900 is designed to work efficiently and requires minimum maintenance. Plus, the Series 8900 has the flexibility to handle various crops the tapered auger with stepped flight increases unloading efficiency.

Digesters

Livestock producers are seeking new ways to deal with manure in a safe and efficient manner.

The answer for many livestock operations is an anaerobic digester. An anaerobic digester is a completely enclosed system that biologically treats manure using anaerobic bacteria in an oxygen free environment.The result is a reduction in solids and reduced odours.The byproduct, methane gas, can be utilized heating fuel or to generate electricity.

We have made improvements in our conveyor chain system designed to deliver feed more efficiently. The new cutter chain offers longer life, resulting in reduced cost over time.

The powerful new cutter hooks not only improve the speed of delivery, but also creates less stress on the chain. The result is improved performance and longer chain life.
