Assessing the Eco-Footprint
of Agricultural Operations

Ontario Harvestore Systems has undertaken an extensive five year research project with Benderbrook Farms and the University of Guelph and Waterloo to develop a working model to assess the environmental footprint for agricultural operations in Ontario.

This project will address key specific technological advancements in four areas.

1. Development and assessment of large scale storage capabilities for forage
2. Animal health and nutrition
3. Development of a nutrient extraction and recovery process
4. Assessment of potential environmental and economic benefits.
